I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 48 hours of your appointments. I charge 100% of the services booked for a no contact no show by the time of your appointment. I only have a 15 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and a cancellation fee will be incurred for all services booked during that appointment.
